Manifest, Manifest, Manifest! For years, I have written down goals as a checklist and posted it on my refrigerator so that everyday I could look at it and be reminded of what I needed to do or accomplish for the days, weeks, months and even years ahead. I found my most successful times in life were when I was keeping a log or journaling my progress. It helped to hold me accountable and I enjoyed being able to see my projects checked off one by one.
The idea is to become very intentional and specific over your life. Set realistic timeframes and dates as to when you would want to have the certain action item accomplished.
Manifestation is about envisioning what you want for your life, believing you can make those goals a reality, and taking action in alignment with those beliefs to achieve your desired outcome.
Give yourself personal CTA’s (Call to Actions) writing down your goals to reach the height of your happiness is both critical to your overall success and completely beneficial.
