Over the past few years we’ve seen a significant spike in conversations on leveling up becoming a “High Value Woman”. This trend took off when Ciara married Russell and then really took a life of its own when Meghan married Prince Harry. The logic if you will, are traits we as women should have been taught or learned growing up and many of us weren’t.
Coming from a generation of “I-N-D-E-P-E-N-D-E-N-T”, we have come a long way by being smart, courageous, ambitious and successful! Even more now with us being bosses, on board of directors, owning businesses and becoming entrepreneurs.
However, in the midst of being all of that we tend to lose who we are naturally and our female essence can turn somewhat masculine creating an excess of masculine energy. In a boardroom full of men, being a woman can be tricky so many women lose their natural femininity in the attempt of leveling up career wise.
Divine feminine is an energy that we all possess, no matter where we are in relationships or careers. As we honor our softness, we embrace our own divine feminine aspects. We should practice honoring all that is beautiful within us, and the feminine qualities we possess to feel confident and fulfilled. We cannot forget who we are, our softness, our delicateness. Life can be rough, creating levels of toughness which is best to try to avoid by taking proper steps to stay within our divine feminine. Something as simple as carving out time on Sunday to decompress and block out a few hours for yourself in a quiet space can help tremendously.
First and foremost Sis, Fall in love with yourself!
xoxo
