A lazy girl job is an easy, usually white-collar job with good pay in response to hustle culture, the Great Resignation, and worker exploitation.
This new phenomenon is to no longer accept low paying highly responsible jobs that ultimately create burnout or kill ourselves for a job. More women are looking for work that requires minimal effort, pays decently and is time flexible, leaving room for work-life balance.
This new trend encourages women to look at jobs that allow for flexibility during the day and a less rigid schedule. These types of roles are typically, mid-level that makes between $60,000 and $80,000 a year, but the mindset can be applied no matter where you are in your career.
Here are some more examples of lazy girl jobs that require minimal physical activity but still offer interesting and fulfilling work opportunities:
- Virtual Assistant: As a virtual assistant, you can provide remote administrative and organizational support to clients. This typically involves tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing emails, and handling basic research.
